We design before we build.
Together we map out how you work, then agree a fixed price. We only build once you approve, and once it is live, the system is yours.
How it goes, from first call to live
We look at how a job comes in, who does what and where it gets stuck. Afterwards you get a short report with what we propose and roughly what it costs.
We design together with the people who will work with it. Once it is right, we agree a fixed price and a schedule.
Your own system, not a platform of ours. Along the way you get working versions to try out yourselves with real data.
Accounting, WhatsApp Business, calendar and payments are connected, and the system goes live.
Code and data are in your name. We manage it and you can cancel monthly, or you take it over yourselves. For the first three months we fix, free of charge, anything that does not do what the design says.
Why weeks are enough
You speak to whoever builds it
What you tell us goes straight to whoever designs and builds it, so no time is lost in handovers.
The design is settled
When every screen is right on paper, building is predictable. What holds things up most is waiting for data, so we ask for it in week 1.
Connecting instead of replacing
What works well, such as your accounting, stays. That saves build time, and your people have less to get used to.
How the price is set
The first call and the report carry no obligation. After the design you get a single fixed price for the build. Terms, article 8
Screens, steps and connections
How much is designed and built, what it is connected to and how much has to be tested. Extra work only with your approval.
Fewer hours, fewer mistakes, paid sooner
Hours no longer spent retyping, mistakes that disappear and invoices that go out sooner.
We agree hosting and management separately, and you can cancel monthly. Terms, article 11
Common questions
Who owns the system and the code?
You do. The code and the rights are in your name, set out in the agreement. You can take your data with you at any time, in a readable format.
Does it work on tablets and phones?
Yes. Every system is designed for the place where it is used, from the tablet in the workshop or the van to the engineer's phone and the screen in the office. That is part of the design from the start.
Can you connect to what we already use?
Yes, with the common accounting software such as Exact, Moneybird, e-Boekhouden, Twinfield and SnelStart. We also connect with WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, Outlook, Mollie, iDEAL and PostNL. What works well stays, and the system talks to it. If you use something else, we check in the first call whether it can be done.
Who can see our data, and where is it stored?
You decide who sees what, and we set that out per role in the design. Clovay only has access for maintenance and faults, and nothing else. Data is stored in the Netherlands and backed up daily, in line with the GDPR.
How quickly can a change be made?
Small changes, such as an extra field or a different order, within two working days. We schedule bigger requests together, and you hear beforehand what it costs and how long it takes. We pick up faults the same working day.
Are we locked in before building starts?
No. Building only starts after your written approval of the design, the price and the schedule. Until then there is no order to build.
What do you need from us?
Not much, but on time. We need a list of what you use now, the people who will work with the system at the design stage, some sample data, and, in week 1, access to the software we are connecting.
Start with a call
Ideally at your premises. We will tell you honestly whether a system of your own makes sense for you.
